Luen Lam focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, purchase and sale, and finance. Mr. Lam represents landlords and tenants in the drafting, negotiation and enforcement of leases, buyers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition and development of commercial real property, and borrowers and lenders in the financing of real property.  Mr. Lam has extensive experience with real estate transactions across diverse product types, including office, retail, industrial, warehouse, mixed-use, hotel, multi-family and undeveloped land.  Mr. Lam’s clients include real estate investors and developers, institutional and individual owners, national retailers, single site end-users, and lenders.

Affiliations, Activities and Accomplishments

Mr. Lam is a member and past President of the Asian Business League of San Francisco.  In his ten years of service on ABL-SF’s Board of Directors, Mr. Lam held leadership positions including Secretary, General Counsel, Vice President and chair of ABL-SF’s Youth Mentorship Program.  In addition, Mr. Lam is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, where he served on the mentorship committee, and the Real Property Law Section of the California State Bar.
